Inaanak Time

My inaanak, 

I am sooo happy to meet you finally.  

I was suppose to surprise you and your mom on my birthday but it didn't happen.  

It was the other way, instead.  

When I went to your house, your help told us that your mom went to SM to buy some groceries and that you're sleeping at that time.  However, your dad was with you.  

Then the following day, I came to see you.  Again, you were sleeping when I arrived.  I let you sleep as I talk to your grandma and mom.  I missed them.  It feels awesome to be with them.  

While we had snacks, you woke up and your mom took you out of your crib.  She initially carried you out of your room, but when I saw you, I took you from her.  I carried you with this gigil mode, but your huge, shocked eyes were on me.  I know you were thinking.  Who's this lady carrying me?  I haven't seen her.  O.O

But you know, what's amazing? You didn't cry or looked at your mom and dad, and ask them to carry you.  You let me carry you.  

Then, when we were done eating and chatting, we played with you in your room.  Of course, I can't skip this moment not taking loads of photos of you.  And you were magnificent.  

Oh, I will miss you, little sweetie.  I'll bring tons of memories when I go back to the sandpit.  

Morning Dip

Yahooo!! 

We've got three days off.  

Hmm, what to do?  What to do?

That was our question the day before. 

Then after a few brainstorming, 

we settled on taking a dip in our swimming pool in our recreational area.  

It's been a long time since I've been there. 

Or I was just lazy to visit it. :P

Where's brother?  It's too hot in here.  I need to dip now.. :)

On the other hand, he might be on his way.  Patience.

We came a bit early, so we had to wait for the recreation area to open. 

We had to bear the heat outside, and we're sweating all over.

Celebrating Christmas 2015

The time has come to commemorate and celebrate his birthday. 

One of the moments that I've always wanted to celebrate. 

Because for me it's more than just a gathering. 

More than just a reunion. 

We didn't have a big party.  

Instead, we opted to have a simple dinner.  

We invited a few friends as some of them are on vacation and they have their own thing. 

 

  

We even had a video call from our friend back home. 

Thank you technology.  

We could get in touch with our family and friends despite the distance.

Cave Park Fun Shoot

Once upon a time, 

I got a little bored with my "work." 

I needed a breather as my brain was already bleeding.  

My new bought lens was with me at that time and

I opted to take it out for a test. 

Yes! (even when it was sizzling hot outside!)

I am not really good at taking photos, but I am a work in progress because

I have a heart in photography. Haha! 

And so, with the highest temperature ever recorded, I went out. 

I headed to what we call "Cave Park." 

Families and kids come to play and bond in this park, usually during the weekends.

Spookiest Birthday Abats

Time to dress up after a very long time of not having had to.

For her birthday, we decided to have the orange and black theme

that went with the Halloween. 

It was timely.  

The craft and the design came from Pinterest. 

Made a DIY of it since we didn't have enough resources. 

Apple turon and banana as nourishment

We started out early the day before the big day, so we have ample time to buy additional things in case we need more stuff.

Luckily, we didn't need more. Yey! 

And I was sooo proud to say; I have the best angels with me to make it happen.
