Antique: Bugtong Bato Falls

Bugtong-Bato Waterfalls is one of the many attractions that you can visit when you are in Antique.
It is a 7-tiered waterfall that can be accessed by walking through a foot trail which will take around 30 minutes depending on your pacing.

As a courtesy, one has to pass by the registration booth and pay Php 50 per person for tourism fee and Php150 for your guide.
Then you'll have to drop by another tourist booth (see photo below), and they will check if you've paid the necessary dues. :)

There are no formal orientations, but they will provide you with a guide.

The walk was easy dandy as you'll be amazed by the sceneries such as
lush forest, streams, bamboo bridges, mini-rice terraces, and grazing animals.
And oh, don't forget to bring with you a bottle of water as the trek will take your breath away, and you'll sweat a lot.  It's best to be well hydrated. :)

The clear waters from the waterfalls pass through directly to Tibiao River,
where you can enjoy whitewater kayaking.

When we went there, we were able to see only the 3rd tier as the first, and second ones had trek a bit longer which they said will take the whole day to explore.

How did we get there:
From Culasi, we road a bus plying to Tibiao then ask the conductor to drop you off at Brgy Importante, where the famous Kawa is located.  The bus fare is minimal, Php 20/head for less than an hour travel time.  Then from there, we took habal-habal for to bring us to Polly's Place, it's beside the famous Kawa Inn.  The fare was Php 70 per person one way.
